I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Sky Forge Metalworks on a custom table design. I couldn't be more satisfied or complimentary of the experience! As this was my first experience designing a custom iron piece and working with Sky Forge Metalworks, I most appreciated the always timely, friendly and informative communication. It was evident right from the start that they value your business and truly care about the product they are turning out. I asked them to fabricate a set of forged metal legs for a glass-top table. From immediately understanding the design intent to the mechanical drawings and samples, the process was seamless and stress-free. The finished product was refined, structurally sound, and special. I had the opportunity to collaborate with Andrew at Sky Forge Metalworks during the planning and design phase of a recent custom railing project, and the experience was excellent. Although the project did not ultimately move forward, his team brought a high level of insight into architectural metalwork, custom railing design, and constructability. Andrew's input during early coordination helped refine key details and ensured the design could be executed at a high level. Sky Forge demonstrated strong communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a clear understanding of both design intent and real-world installation conditions, which is invaluable during pre-construction. Based on this experience, I would confidently recommend them for custom steel railings and architectural metal fabrication and look forward to collaborating on future projects.
